The artists in the exhibition cooperate with a wide variety of disciplines and are now bringing together their joint studies and thoroughly controversial reflections on the interplay between systematics and randomness, self-observation and external observation, knowledge acquisition and artistic form-finding processes in a space-consuming installation.

The starting point of the collaborative work is an extensive collection of materials made up of collectively produced drawings, collages, videos, audio files and texts. This bundle was initially fed by a large number of joint, graphic and installation assemblages and was then expanded with corona-related digital rescaling and reshaping.

The exhibition combines individual and collective forms of production. It offers a framework in which one can work together and the aesthetic experiences can circulate from one place to another through spatial shifts and repetitions. The collaborative work as a hybrid between documentation and artwork formulates a visual statement for collaborative work that visitors can now witness directly.

Curatorial support: Birgit Effinger

With the kind support of the district funding funds of the Senate Administration for Culture and Europe

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”11688″ img_size=”large”][vc_column_text]

Fig.: Animation 2021 © Markus Schwander

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”16px”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator color=”black” border_width=”3″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”633″ img_size=”285×285″ alignment=”center”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]

Location

Zentrum für Aktuelle Kunst // Alte Kaserne

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”6456″ img_size=”285×285″ alignment=”center”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_separator color=”black” border_width=”3″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]

Events

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text] get together and deal with each other .
