The people and their things of their everyday reality interact with each other in conditions that are characterized by orders, systems and classifications. They offer security and enable calculable orientation in almost all individual and social contexts and spaces. As soon as those orders are disturbed, a potential of uncertainty arises and leads to a new, sometimes liberating as well as threatening perception of our environment. The exhibited artists work with both simple and subtle disturbances and reversals of our self-developed systems: Views become images, external sounds suddenly define the interior, and the certain scale of our living conditions is lost in dissolving spatial conceptions. From such, sometimes only minimal changes and shifts, irritations arise and a new perception develops. Previously ordered conditions leave behind open symbioses, permeable membranes and difficult societies that invite viewers to critically question their own expectations and redefine their respective subjective points of view.<\/p>\n
