How is history actually preserved? What happens to old documents when they are sent to the archive? Archive director Sebastian Schuth opens the doors and gives you an insight into the fascinating work behind the scenes at the archive during a guided tour of the newly designed reading room and the permanent exhibition.

Look forward to original documents, exciting background stories and finds from the past. An ideal event for history buffs and anyone who would like to experience the archive up close.
