For the ZAK – Center for Contemporary Art, Monika Brandmeier developed an extensive exhibition with installations, sculptures, drawings and video works that were created between 1984 and today. In the juxtaposition, grouping arrangement or concentration of selected works, two basic approaches of the artist become clear.
The artist, Monika Brandmeier, talks to Dr. Ralf F. Hartmann through her exhibition “A tropical mood, just a bit cooler”.
