The exhibition “Konrad Sommer and the butterfly on the nose” shows the largely unknown works of the Munich painter in an extensive retrospective. Konrad Sommer (1915 – 2012) can be seen as an exceptional phenomenon in the art of the second half of the 20th century.

The curator, Martin von Ostrowski, guides you through the exhibition “Konrad Sommer and the butterfly on the nose” in the Kronprinz bastion.
