In the group exhibition BIG CITY BABY, young artists of the “weißensee kunsthochschule berlin” deal with the manifold facets of the city in different media. Eight young female writers react to the exhibition’s focal points and read their own texts in the outdoor area of the Renaissance fortress as well as in the gallery spaces of the ZAK- Zentrum für Aktuelle Kunst.
The readings will take place at the same time in the exhibition and outdoors. Visitors are invited to explore the exhibition independently or to wander from station to station.
The literary tour will then be broadcast as a feature by cashmere radio. In this way, weißensee kunsthochschule berlin, Kleine Humboldt Galerie and ZAK- Zentrum für Aktuelle Kunst expand the media spectrum to illuminate the topic of the city from a young perspective in their cooperation.
