Aren’t fortresses a man’s business? Contrary to this prejudice, there is the residence of princesses, the wife of the fortress planner, the prison of a mistress to discover.
The effects of the stationing of soldiers and battles for the citadel on the women of Spandau are reported.
And presented will also be women’s stories in the exhibitions.

This event takes place in the course of the Spandauer Mädchen*Frauen-März and the Day of Archives at the Zitadelle Spandau.
