In 1925, the Neu Jerusalem estate designed by architect Erwin A. Gutkind was completed in 1925 as a housing estate for members of the flying academy at the Staaken airship port. The 21 semi-detached houses in the Bauhaus style are unique examples of Neues Bauen and have been listed buildings since 1992. Accompany the “Verein zur Förderung des Nachlasses von Erwin Gutkind” on an excursion through the estate.
