Compositions by Iranian women musicians with a spatial improvisation concept by Ulrike Brand
The two-part concert consists of music by Iranian women composers for European and Persian instruments, which are linked together and placed in a spatial context by improvisation concepts by Ulrike Brand.
CUT_YOUR_HAIR supports the striving for freedom, gives it space as well as sonic expression.
In two concerts of 60 minutes each, 9 musicians perform improvisations and notated works by 7 female composers. In between, an audience discussion invites to further exchange.
