The artist and designer Klaus Noculak, born in Recklinghausen in 1937, has conceived and realized artistic projects for public space in numerous cities. Within the framework of a presentation in the Project Room of the Alte Kaserne, exemplary designs, models and photographs will provide an insight into the impressive range of work of the concrete-constructive artist.
